What the information on this website is, what it is not, and who to speak to for advice about a particular person.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Everything published on evsupportservices.com.au, including our service pages, location pages and blog articles, is general information about Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Early Childhood Intervention and the NDIS. It is written to help people understand what these supports are and how they work. It is not tailored to any individual.
Nothing on this website is clinical, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for an assessment by a qualified practitioner who knows the participant. Behaviour support in particular depends entirely on the individual, their history and their environment. Two people with similar presentations can need completely different plans.
Reading this website does not create a practitioner and participant relationship with Empowering Voices Support Services. That relationship begins only when a referral is accepted and services are agreed in writing.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. This website is not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency or a safeguarding concern that needs an immediate response. Other services that are available at any hour:
We explain NDIS funding, plans and processes as we understand them at the time of writing. The NDIS changes, and the National Disability Insurance Agency is the authority on what a plan covers, not us. Always check your own plan and confirm with the NDIA or your Support Coordinator before making a decision based on anything you read here.
Empowering Voices Support Services is a Registered NDIS provider, NDIS Registration ID 4-K7BJ9SG. Registration means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards. It is not a guarantee of any particular result.
Where this website describes what our supports can achieve, or quotes feedback from the people we work with, those are examples. They are not a promise, a prediction or a guarantee of the same result for anyone else. Progress depends on the participant, their goals, their environment and the people around them.
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current, but it may not be complete or up to date at every moment, and we may change any of it without notice. We also cannot promise the website will always be available or free of faults.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come first. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, and nothing on this page limits, excludes or modifies them. Subject to those rights, please treat what is published here as general information and get advice about the participant's own circumstances before acting on it, because a decision made on general information alone is not one we are in a position to stand behind.
We link to other organisations, including the NDIS, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and support services, because they are useful. We do not control those websites and we do not monitor what they publish, so their content and their privacy practices are their own. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other site.
Articles on our blog reflect our understanding at the date they were published. We do not revisit every article every time something changes, so older articles may describe an NDIS process that has since moved on. Check the publication date and confirm anything that matters.
