About EVSS

Empowering voices —
starting with the participant.

We're a specialist NDIS Behaviour Support team. Person-centred, evidence-based, and built around the people we work with, wherever they live, learn and grow.

Who we are

A Registered NDIS provider, four allied health services, one warm team.

EVSS is a Registered NDIS provider delivering Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Early Childhood Intervention. Person-centred and evidence-based, for children, teens and adults with complex support needs.

We work closely with participants and families, Support Coordinators, schools, SIL providers, allied health professionals, and implementing support teams, because a participant's day is shaped by all of them.

Our approach is relationship-focused, practical and collaborative. We aim to improve quality of life while reducing behaviours of concern through ethical, proactive support strategies.

Our values

Four principles that shape every plan.

Person-Centred

The participant's voice, goals and preferences sit at the centre of every decision we make.

Evidence-Based

Grounded in current research, Positive Behaviour Support, Applied Behaviour Analysis, trauma-informed practice.

Relationship-Focused

We invest in the people doing the daily work, families, carers, teachers, support staff. That's where consistency lives.

Ethical & Proactive

Reducing restrictive practices isn't an afterthought, it's a starting point, and we do it transparently.

Our approach

A four-step path to lasting change.

Transparent for families. Rigorous for Support Coordinators. Practical for the people doing the daily work.

01

Listen & Understand

We meet the participant and their network, family, Support Coordinator, school, allied health. We listen to the story behind the behaviour and clarify what matters most.

02

Assess (FBA)

A Functional Behaviour Assessment in the real environment. Real settings = real data = real plans, not clinic guesses.

03

Co-design the Plan

Interim then Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plan, written together so every person around the participant can read it and use it.

04

Train, Support, Reduce

Hands-on training, practical coaching, and steady, ethical reduction of any restrictive practices, measured, reported, and reviewed.

All four services

Allied health under one warm roof.

EVSS now delivers four allied health services, all by the same Registered NDIS team. Mix and match what your child needs, all coordinated through one familiar group of practitioners.

Speech Therapy

Communication, AAC, and language support, designed to complement Positive Behaviour Support and everyday family life.

Occupational Therapy

Building practical, daily-life skills for greater independence at home, school and work, with sensory and motor support.

Early Childhood Intervention

Family-centred support for children 0 to 9, play, regulation, connection, and a strong start to school.
